World Economic Forum’s The Future Jobs Report 2023 stated that by 2027 around 26 million jobs will be eradicated. Sounds scary right? HDFC Bank on the other hand has created a ESG committee to participate in the quest towards a greener finance bank model. The team is working on the logistics to meet the set targets within the deadline and report to the Corporate Social Responsibility committee present on the board of directors.
Skills required to be a Green employee
Specialized knowledge in renewable energy resources and environmental sustainability like Sustainability Consultants, renewable energy technicians, and environmental engineers. Architects and construction employees on the other hand do not require special training but are rather encouraged to develop the skills to develop sustainable practices.
