MoE India signs 106 MoUs with prestigious organizations, marking the NEP’s third anniversary. Promising innovation and research collaborations in education.

CBSE signs 15 MoUs to enhance skills and knowledge acquisition among students, promoting capacity building for the job market.

Diverse Array of MoUs

The MoUs have been inked with esteemed organizations such as the Atal Innovation Mission, IBM, Intel, Microsoft, and various sector-skill councils, to name a few. These collaborations will undoubtedly open new avenues for research, technological advancements, and innovation in multiple sectors.

Noteworthy Collaborations

NIOS signs three crucial MoUs:

1. ISLRTC for Indian sign language development

2. Common Service Centres for OoSC admissions and e-services

3. Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University for academic advancement.

Strengthening Educational Initiatives

NCERT signs 20 MoUs for eVidya initiative with state education departments to develop high-quality content for PM eVIDYA DTH TV channels, promoting multilingual learning.

Advancements in Diverse Fields

Several notable MoUs have been signed to foster innovation and knowledge exchange in diverse fields:

1. IIT Tirupati & IIFCET offer a “Digital Manufacturing and Automation” course for engineers in the foundry industry.

2. IIT Tirupati & Siemens create a “Centre of Excellence” for Smart Manufacturing and Electric Vehicle Technologies.

3. IIT Jodhpur & Central Univ. of Rajasthan collaborate on “Academic Collaboration and Resource Sharing.”

4. IIT Ropar partners with five central universities for academic collaboration.

5. VNIT-Nagpur & TCS collaborate on groundbreaking research in automotive & power electronics.

Moreover, the National Institute of Technology (NIT), Raipur, has signed an MoU with the Bhilai Steel Plant, the largest steel plant in the country.
